Superb Construction Starts Construction of New Shishan Headquarters

Superb Construction Group's headquarters base construction officiallycommences. Settling in Shishan, it establishes a new benchmark for industrial-city integration

Superb Construction Group's Headquarters Base (hereinafter referred to as"Superb Headquarters Base") recently completed its design and planning reviewand entered the construction phase. This project is not only a key component ofSuperb Construction's efforts to deepen its presence in Foshan and expandglobally, but also represents another significant industrial initiative within ShishanTown, Nanhai District, Foshan City, as it promotes the "100 Million Project" andbuilds a coordinated zone around the Liangjiang River. The project is expected tobegin production by the end of 2026 and be fully operational by June 2027.

The Superb headquarters base is located in a key area of Shishan Town, NanhaiDistrict, Foshan City, adjacent to Foshan West Station and the west side of theGuangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing Light Rail. It boasts a convenient transportation huband is deeply integrated into Shishan's development strategy of "taking the river asthe core, prioritizing cultural tourism, and co-developing industry and city." Theproject has a total investment of over 200 million yuan, with a total constructionarea of over 40,000 square meters. The land parcel comprises 21.56 mu(approximately 1.5 acres) of industrial land, which Superb Construction recentlysecured. This land parcel is part of Shishan Town's centralized supply ofhigh-quality industrial land, providing a solid foundation for the project's implementation.

In terms of functional layout, the headquarters base will be built into an integrated"office + R&D + production" service space, encompassing a super-high-rise officebuilding, a global R&D center, and a modern production workshop. As a primeexample of Shishan's high-quality local enterprises striving for growth throughdeep cultivation, the project, upon completion, will further strengthen Shishan'sposition as the "backbone of manufacturing" and inject new momentum into thedevelopment of the Fobei Zhanxin Industrial Park's industrial chain.

The Superb headquarters base focuses on both industrial efficiency and officeexperience to create a modern base that combines "intelligent manufacturingcapabilities" and "humanistic warmth".

On the R&D and production side, the base has introduced advanced automatedproduction lines and unmanned automatic three-dimensional warehouses, andimproved production efficiency and warehouse management through intelligentequipment. After production is put into operation, the annual output value isexpected to reach more than 500 million yuan, helping the company to achievetechnological innovation and production capacity breakthroughs in the field ofconstruction engineering.

The project's office environment is centered around the concept of "working innature, researching while exercising," incorporating numerous high-end designelements. Drawing on numerous patented interior design technologies to enableseamless mobile working and remote conferencing, it also features an intelligenthumidity control system, a 7,000-square-meter sky showroom, and a fullylandscaped green space to create an ecological office atmosphere.
