Raw material inspection: Before all membrane materials, steel, electrical components and other raw materials are stored, they must undergo triple testing

Appearance Inspection
Check whether there are scratches or damages on the surface of the film material, whether the steel is corroded or deformed, and whether the appearance of the electrical components is intact.

Performance Testing
Conduct tensile strength, tear strength, and weather resistance tests on the film material to ensure that it meets the durability requirements of the usage scenario; Testing the hardness and yield strength of steel to ensure structural stability; Test the insulation and service life of electrical components to eliminate safety hazards.

Qualification Verification
Verify the quality certificates and testing reports provided by raw material suppliers to ensure that the raw materials meet relevant international and domestic standards, and prevent unqualified materials from entering the production process.

Production process monitoring: The production stage adopts the "fixed-point inspection+full process recording" mode
Key process monitoring
Special personnel are arranged to monitor and monitor key processes such as membrane cutting, welding, steel structure processing, and electrical system assembly. Each operation step is strictly executed according to the process standards, such as precise control of welding temperature, pressure, and speed during membrane welding, to ensure that the weld is firm and the sealing meets the standards.
Real time data collection
Through the intelligent monitoring system of production equipment, production parameters such as temperature, humidity, processing accuracy, etc. are collected in real time. Once the data deviates from the preset range, the system will automatically alarm and the staff will make adjustments as soon as possible.
Semi finished product sampling inspection
After each production stage is completed, semi-finished products are sampled and tested, such as checking the sealing and tensile strength of the joints after the film material is spliced; After the steel structure frame is processed, its dimensional accuracy and welding quality are checked to ensure that the semi-finished product meets the requirements of the next process.

After the finished product inspection is completed, a comprehensive factory inspection is carried out

Structural performance testing
Conduct pressure stability testing on the entire air film, simulate different wind and pressure environments, and test the wind and pressure resistance of the air film; Test the firmness of the anchoring system to ensure that the air film can stand stably even in extreme weather conditions.

Functional system testing
Debug internal systems such as ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, etc., and test their operational stability and energy consumption indicators; Test the remote operation and data monitoring functions of the intelligent control system to ensure convenient and efficient management.

Sealing Test
The pressure attenuation method is used to test the sealing of the gas film, ensuring that there will be no air or water leakage during long-term use and maintaining the stability of the internal environment.
